Addition Partners
We are trying to get the kids to understand that every number has a partner to get to 100. We separated the numbers into these groups: 10’s, 5’s, 1’s, 3’s, 2’s, and 4’s. Whichever one you click you will be given multiple choice answers to choose from to determine if the answer is right or wrong. We have a green text for correct and a “ding” sound, for incorrect answers it appears red and makes a “pan” sound.

Description: This is app is about money. There are going to be random questions you will have to decide what is the answer. The answer to the questions will be higher or equal to the question. There are bills which you have to add up to. The bill has to be equal to the question. The answer for the question has to be equal. For example, if you have $45.00 There will be 3 choices. One choice might be $33 , others might be $40 and last one might be $50 so you would $50. Think of this game as you are shopping somewhere. If the question was $45 and you had a choice of $45 use $45 or higher value.

Our app has allowed a new and unique way of practicing music; if you look at the app store or google play you won’t be able to find an app like this. We’ve got your beginner piano sight reading needs covered! Just download our app: Piano Sights to grow your musician skills!The home screen of the app will give you different options on which hand and position that you want to practice sight reading with. Tap on the button that indicates which option you want and it will pull up notes in that position. After you play all of those notes, tap the new notes button, and different notes will be displayed for you to read. When you have mastered the position that you have been practicing in, hit the back button to take you to the home screen. From there, you start all over again, just with a different set, position, and hand.
WestGAStemFest

States and Capitals Tester
Our new app is States and Capitals. The way it works is when the app comes up there is a list of all the states. You pick one state and a blank box will pop up to type in what you think the correct capital is. If you get it wrong the correct capital will pop up. If you get it right you get to move on and the goal is to see how many capitals you really know.
You can try as many times as possible but the goal of our app is to help younger individuals get faster at memorizing their capitals. This app can help with more than just memorizing capitals it shows a better way to practice memorizing anything in your everyday world.

Homophone Helper is an app created to help young children distinguish the difference between difficult homophones. Many children have a hard time figuring the difference between certain homophone. This app will help kids practice homophones so the do not make errors in school.

This app was designed specifically to help people who are beginner cursive learners! Simply click play and you will be given a letter in the alphabet that is in cursive, and there will be four multiple choice letters in standard alphabet for you to choose from! If you get it right you get 10 points!

This app is used for children to learn the sounds animals make. You or your child will click a sound button for an animal noise to be made. Once the sound is played you will have to decide which pet makes a noise. Once you have decided on the animal, you can click the icon/picture/image of the animal. If you are right, you will score a point.

This is an app that educates people about all of the states and which region they are in. We use Picture Guesser to determine the states. It is a two player game where one chooses a region and is given a random state to draw and the other player has to determine what that state is.

This app is meant to help people with any type of addiction, whether it is alcohol or medical drugs. The Addiction Aid App gives you four options, Physical Therapy, Mental Therapy, Intervention, and Rehab Centers. When you choose one of these four options it shows you the nearest location of the organization. If you or a loved one is struggling with any addiction this app is a great first step on your road to recovery.
PageQuest
PageQuest is an app designed to aid in searching for books. It was developed using MIT AppInventor. It works by the user typing in the title of a book the wish to find information about. If said app manages to find the book the user wishes to find, they are greeted by the book’s title, author, publisher, and a plot summary, as well as an amusing sound. If the does not find the desired book, the user is greeted with another amusing sound. PageQuest is the perfect way to both find books and laugh while doing it too.

The Periodic Trends App is an app that helps students determine all of the periodic trends of the elements on the periodic table. The information on this app is usually learned in chemistry, and it is said to be a difficult concept to many students. This app is a simple way to help you with determining the differences!
Nouns & Verbs Helper
